Mr. Dehner co-founded Hyde Park CG in 2007 in order to provide commercial real estate property owners and business principals access to capital for a wide range of asset classes. Responsible for organizational management, marketing, client negotiations, and deal analysis, Mr. Dehner is involved in every level of Hyde Park CG’s transaction cycle.
Throughout his 19 year finance career, Mr. Dehner has been an advisor, manager, and principal of multiple complex and opportunistic transactions. Prior to HPCG, Mr. Dehner held a Sr. Vice President position for a regionally focused commercial real estate portfolio bridge lender. As SVP, he led transaction due diligence, sat on the approval committee, and worked closely with alternative funding sources, hedge funds, conduits, and regional banks, to develop an advisory business for clients that did not fit within the company’s lending guidelines.
